3d Models were made in Maya and extracted to Pepakura to generate paper blueprints.
Paper blueprints are then transferred to materials and glued to make the shape

Fabric's Used:
Cotton
Jersey Knit
Latex
Color Shifting tulle

Sculpting

All items were hand sculpted
Materials sculpted were

Eva Foam

Painting
Painting was done on all the fabric pieces, Everything was blocked out with Painters tape
Props were also given base coat and then washes to give them an aged looks
Everything was painted with acrylic

Attachments
Cosplay was meant to be worn for 8 hours over 3 days
and needed to easily be taken on and off for mobility
Everything was capable of being fully disassembled

Wig
Wig was made with hairwefts and blanket stitched on to a custom mesh base that had holes for removable horns
Ponytail was also fully detachable and made with
pool noodles

Materials
Making things lightweight was crucial so most props were stuffed with tissue and most thick forms were made out of pool noodles or hollowed out eva foam
All led items were made with hand dyed thermoplastic

LED

Wiring for some of the props needed connector switches so props could be disassembled
